Jakarta, 8 December 2025. A sale and purchase agreement was signed between PT Sukses Graha Samudera (AESEN) as seller and PT Taka Geodrill Indonesia (TGI) as buyer. Voyager Explorer is a geophysical survey vessel specialised in professional seismic surveys. The signing marks an important milestone in the company’s effort to expand its subsea survey capability for exploration and development projects in oil and gas and other sectors.
With Voyager Explorer joining the fleet, the company can now offer geophysical and seismic survey services to international standards, covering seismic data acquisition, subsurface interpretation, and geological investigation.
This acquisition will help establish PT Taka Geodrill Indonesia as a survey vessel provider with the flexibility clients need, support the medium- to long-term strategic plan, and add capacity for exploration projects, drilling planning, oil and gas field feasibility studies, and marine studies. — Company management
